Monster Pack INI v3

Changes in Monster Pack INI v3. All the monsters have been seperated and no longer rely upon eachother. Other small changes such as error logs, deathmessages, 1 new monster etc… There is now 2 versions of Effigy, one for RPG and one not. Two versions of Magdalena, one that doesnt spawn the baby blueskaarj and the normal one that does. Adds the following monsters for invasion: All compatible with the RPG point system except the Troopers. All the monsters have new cool projectiles and effects. Please note that most of these monsters will be redone for 2009 and released seperately!
