v3 fix for file dependancy

Latest updates in include fixing the raptor to work with invisibility commands and some log errors.

In this new and updated version of the RaptorIni monster the following things have been changed, still available and/or have been added:

Configurable Health.
Configurable GroundSpeed (also affects WaterSpeed).
Configurable Jump height.
The option to disable the above configs.
An option to disable the overlay illusion that hides the gun holster. Disabling this will set any overlay effects applied to default (showing the gunholster). Leaving the overlay illusion enabled will attempt to hide the gun holster always.
The Raptors packages have been renamed fixing any redirect issues.
The Deinonychus model is no longer needed as a seperate file.2009Raptorv3 Download
