This mutator for UT2004 allows you to choose which weapons the player spawns with. Pickup bases, weaponlockers and pickups can also be disabled.
If you are loading custom weapons, make sure they are added to your serverpackages.
The latest version has the option to allow monster drops and players drops (throw weapon etc…).
